About the presenter:

Eric dedicates his working life to helping other leaders engage their employees through the creation of functional and accountable teams. He learned the importance and impact of achieving meaningful levels of trust and accountability in organizations during his "working career" which spanned twenty years across three different manufacturing organizations. Through the course of these years he held a variety of positions, including two stints as President, during which he learned a lot about the promises and pitfalls of leadership and leading teams.
