Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Dine Local Golden Ticket Give Away provides more than $24,000 to local restaurants

Community works together to support local restaurants through pandemic

Envision Greater Fond du Lac’s Dine Local Golden Ticket Give Away, done in partnership with Society Insurance, included orders from more than 150 people purchasing more than 900 gift cards, thus generating more than $24,000 in revenue for member restaurants. Through this promotion, 58 member restaurants benefited. All monies raised went directly to those restaurants.

During these unprecedented times, our local restaurants are directly impacted due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The Dine Local Golden Ticket Give Away aimed to provide immediate support to area restaurants while giving participants a chance to win big.

Each gift card purchased was given an entry into the contest. Three lucky winners were randomly chosen and won a $500 gift card package. Those three winners were Connie Coon, Debbie Gorske, and Joanne Schneider.
