Jim Macy represents employers in all aspects of employment law including labor negotiations, discrimination defense, disability and ADA issues, wrongful discharge or employment contract disputes, non-competition issues and other difficult personnel transactions. He represents employers of all sizes, including those with union and non-union workforces as well as police and fire departments. He speaks regularly at state and national conferences regarding employment law issues.

Bill Fischer is a seasoned commercial litigator and business advisor with a diverse practice. Bill advises all manner of businesses and individuals, including manufacturers, banks, and professionals, both in the Fox Valley and beyond. Bill also advises the firm’s public sector clients on various matters, including construction contracts, public records requests, employment issues, and special education matters for school districts.
